RDMS Collect™
RDMS Collect™ provides the means by which field personnel can quickly and accurately collect and upload data and photos to the Collaboration Center. It features an easy to use mission-driven graphical user interface, branching rules and data validation to guide the data collection process. Flexible and adaptable, RDMS Collect is configured to meet each mission’s specific requirements.

RDMS Collect runs on Personal Digital Assistants (PDA’s) and smartphones using the Windows Mobile operating system, including ruggedly designed units meeting military specifications. These devices can also receive data, maps and images from headquarters if mission parameters change.
RDMS Collect includes GPS mapping and satellite imagery for navigation and visual assessments. And because RDMS Collect is based on standard Microsoft .NET technologies, functionality can quickly and easily be added, updated or supplemented.

RDMS Collect™ Features
Field Data Collection – RDMS Collect provides a robust field data collection platform. Field assessment data are collected using customizable but simple data entry forms that are optimized for handheld devices and field operations. Users can compose custom assessment forms or select existing data entry forms from the forms library
Photos, Videos and Audio – Multimedia clips can easily be added to field data using the mobile device’s built-in camera and microphone
Mission Driven User Interface - Graphical user interface, employing “previous/next” buttons, branching rules and data validation customized for each mission to guide the data collection process
Integrated GPS Mapping – Map coordinates can be added to a data collection record from GPS (where you are) or by tapping map location (e.g. - location across a river) providing locations of completed field data superimposed on maps and overhead imagery
Connected/Disconnected Operations - Data is “held” on the RDMS Collect device until an Internet connection is available, data are then transmitted and verification is provided
Remotely Update Questions - Compose, modify or update data collection forms in the Collaboration Center, then remotely download the forms to RDMS Collect devices
Emergency Alerts - Send and receive special alerts with GPS coordinates that identify emergency or other urgent information
Device Management – Devices are automatically registered with the Collaboration Center when RDMS Collect is installed on a mobile device. RDMS Collect devices in the field may be remotely disabled by a Collaboration Center administrator
Choice of Devices – RDMS Collect can be used on most touch-screen mobile devices running Microsoft Windows Mobile 6 Professional Edition. Dozens of consumer-grade and professional-grade devices in all price ranges to choose from, as well as rugged devices meeting military specifications
